"He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the needed repair. He also took an extra minute to make one additional unrelated small repair. He also looked at a third issue and gave his opinion about the needed repair. "Couldn't have asked for a better guy to do the work. No BS, No word salads, no false promises, no excuses, no up charging etc... Chris reached out as I was looking to hire someone to power wash my home and deck as I am preparing to paint the exterior.
