I booked the service through Angies list but did not hear back from Andrews and had to call them directly when they failed to contact me as promised. They were apologetic and a date for service was agreed upon. After that everything went well They even moved all furniture which I didn't expect and usually costs more from my experience with other cleaners.The carpet looked great after the cleaning and I will use them again.
