"They didn't do any spot or stain treatment. Service visit was very fast (too fast). Odor was not even remotely gone. It smelled as if only water used, no soap. I ended up buying my own expensive carpet cleaner and it did a way better job getting up the odor and stains. The staff were very prompt, polite and the price was good. It was the quality of service that was disappointing."

I had to ask them at one point to put something down to protect  my carpets. I didn't think they did a good job with the grout. It was darker in some places and lighter in others.
