"Lots of discussion on how to prepare a screen enclosed aggrigate patio for porcelin tile and some back and forth on the price but in the end, the installer, John prevailed and prepared the aggrigate surface properly and did a fine job of installation. The workmanship was terrific and the problems with Whitehouse Floors and More were lack of experience in this type of prepartion. Overall, great job and very happy with end result"

"They didn't do any spot or stain treatment. Service visit was very fast (too fast). Odor was not even remotely gone. It smelled as if only water used, no soap. I ended up buying my own expensive carpet cleaner and it did a way better job getting up the odor and stains. The staff were very prompt, polite and the price was good. It was the quality of service that was disappointing."

I had to ask them at one point to put something down to protect  my carpets. I didn't think they did a good job with the grout. It was darker in some places and lighter in others. They messed up some of the quarter round in my bathroom as well."
