They worked with me on scheduling since I needed it quick, and they showed up on time.   Our house was vacant at the time, and I really needed to get back to work, so I took a chance and paid them and then left them to do their work.  I went back later in the day, and the carpets looked and smelled great.  The price was very reasonable, and there was no heavy selling of extra products like we get with the national chains.  I will definitely use them again.

Light colored carpet was stained and dirty and was just hoping to get clean enough to last through new carpet  purchase.  Action Carpet did a wonderful job and carpet does not even need to be replaced now!   This is a small family business, but very professional.  Could not have been more pleased and will be using them again soon!

The company is run by a father-son team and they were so professional and did a great job on carpet that was heavily soiled and stained.  The carpet quality is good and I am so pleased - the stains are gone and instead of replacing the carpet in the next few months as planned, will just call Action Carpet Cleaners back!  When they presented the bill, I was shocked - that it was so reasonable!  Highly recommend.

This was the first time I'd used this company.  I needed my carpet cleaned and found the company on Angie's List.  The owner and his son arrived on time and were highly personable and professional.  They cleaned the carpet in the dining area, living room, hall and master bedroom.   The carpet was stained and soiled, and their cleaning results FAR exceeded my expectations.  In fact, it was fascinating watching how quickly the stains were removed.  They worked proficiently and completed the job in about an hour.  I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend the company.  I'll definitely use them on a regular basis.

We talked with other providers before we selected ACTION. The phone contact is what made us choose them, but when the work was completed, we know that we made the right decision. AND THE CARPET LOOKS NEW!!!
