"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "

It’s not customary to tip HVAC technicians, and most professionals won’t expect it. However, your contractor must suggest repairs or the system they think is best for you, and those things may not be negotiable. So, when can you negotiate an HVAC quote? When installing a new system, you may not need to replace ductwork or install specialty items such as whole-home air purifiers. If your contractor is bidding on those items or others you don’t need or want, ask them for a quote on only the equipment and services you need.

A home radiator lasts anywhere from 15 to 20 years with proper maintenance. If your unit is approaching the 15-year mark, it’s a good idea to inspect your system and consider upgrading the radiator to a new one. Older models are less efficient over time compared to newer, energy-efficient radiators.

To maintain a boiler and ensure it works optimally, regularly read the temperature and pressure gauges on the unit to ensure they're within the limits described in your owner's manual. Lubricate the circulating pump according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check the water level in the expansion tank and open the tank valve to drain it if it's more than half full.
