"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."

After a month of promises, the door should have been installed today, and YET AGAIN, another lie, they suddenly are not able to do it today. Considering I bought and paid for this door 6 months ago, and they couldn't write down on the order what I asked for, they tried to tell me they can paint the CUSTOM DOOR, because who wants what they ordered, right? Now, they have been telling me the door would be installed on November 2nd, yet it is NOVEMBER 25th, and I am no closer to getting my door. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!! Literally go ANYWHERE but to them. Funny how they have a 1.3-star rating on YELP and other review sites, yet a 4.7-star rating on Google.
