Best patio pros near Hempstead, TX

"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Southern Concrete through the entire process. The salesman was professional and exlpained everthing in detail. The dispatcher notified me that the crew was actually going to be a little early to try and beat the rain. The crew did an excellent job and made sure the jobsite was clean before they left. I would definitely recommend Southern Concrete to my friends and famly."

"Mariano and his team went above and beyond. During the quote process, he answered all of our questions and made suggestions that complimented our home. Our yard has never looked better. We will definitely be using his services again."

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"We had a large retaining wall project and they did a great job. Great team and worked quickly. Highly recommended."

"Excellent job, built patio to my specifications on time. Took care of all the permitting and plans for the city and POA. No mess left behind after the job. Colony Builders will be doing my kitchen and master bath next. Thank you for your professionalism."

"All went well. Price quoted was honored. Install was smooth."

"We are very satisfied with the work they have done. From our first encounter we were impressed. We wanted to install concrete in our patio and asked for their suggestions about stamped concrete. One could notice immediately they are professionals. They showed us pictures of different designs and we chose the one we wanted. The following day we hired them and the work was completed as per plan 3-4 days. Now we can enjoy our beautiful patio. We are considering of hiring them for another project Their prices is also very competitive. Thanks Adrian & Carmen"
