Within 20 minutes of the call he called back to say the other client cancelled and he could perform the work immediately if I still wanted him to. I absolutely did. He met me at my home (was there when I pulled up). He solved the problem within 5 minutes--realized that several wires were loose. The whole job probably took 1/2 to diagnose and fix. He also tightened some other connectors that was loose and changed a light bulb. He was extremely professional and super nice.
