System Pavers

I showed my idea to them and it came out perfectly. The crew cleaned up everyday and they finished the job 1 day earlier. Gani, the project manager was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

For those seeking a bottom-line review, we would not recommend System Pavers. Although every team member—from the designer to the installation crew—was nice, the result was disappointing. Our primary concern is the unsightly outcome (nothing like the pictures shown in their advertisements). We started with a grassy yard (albeit a bit sparse from winter), yet now there is a wide ring of bare sand (their makeshift solution to address an unsafe and unsightly 3-4-inch drop-off) surrounding the patio/fire pit. Additionally, the yards adjacent to the house and along the fire pit path were damaged by their equipment, resulting in muddy conditions when it rains. Although we were told that these areas would be restored, they were not. Throughout the project, we experienced repeated delays. On several occasions, we were assured that the workers would arrive on schedule, yet they did not. At least twice, even the manager of the project was unaware of the status of the crew. In addition, there were delays in getting the pavers needed for the fire pit’s top rim, despite the plan being conceived three months prior, which was both surprising and disappointing for a company specializing in paving projects. While we are satisfied with the pavers installed over the existing concrete pad and the “patio” surrounding the actual fire pit, the fire pit itself was constructed with rectangular pavers; thus, it has multiple irregularities to the expected round shape. The project took three months from the initial plan (12/18/2024) that was hand drawn on a piece of graph paper, as opposed to a computer-generated plan that would have given us a much clearer picture of what to expect, to the “completion” date (03/20/2025). On 03/29/2025, a project manager visited our home to have us sign a work completion letter; although he appeared genuinely concerned and acknowledged our concerns, he promised that his supervisor would contact us promptly. Unfortunately, we have yet to hear back from either. In conclusion, had we known what we now know, we would not have contracted with System Pavers for our patio/fire pit.

Austin was my designer. He did a wonderful job working with my budget. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted, and he spent an entire afternoon working with me. Kevin and Gani managed my project. They were extremely patient when I made changed to the plans. When I reached out at the end project to have a few things finished, they were quick and thorough. The pavers look amazing, and are obviously well installed. We are going to enjoy this space for years to come!

Was very satisfied with the install of Pavers crew and project mngr. did a good job of explaining the process and helping with install decisions. Left the site clean after finish install. I recommend them for hassle free professional installation. Did not give 5 star only because of initial mismatch on Paver color selection.
