Dryer repair tech diagnosed 90V coming from an outlet that should’ve been 220V. Thor Enterprises came out that same day and replaced the faulty breaker. Our house was built in 1978 and has the same breaker box. Danny said it was still in working order and didn’t need to be replaced altogether. Most other companies would’ve wanted to switch the whole thing out for a bigger pay day. You can trust Thor Enterprises to do the job right. Highly recommend."

"1st tip - make sure you know the downrod size required for the fan you're installing - I was assuming that I could use the existing one, but it was only a 1/2" and I needed a 3/4" downrod to mate w/ the fan I had purchsased. Randy Bennett came and for the initial install when we realized the downrod situation. I rescheduled him after obtaining the new rod and he and one other assistant did the work promptly and efficiently. He gave me a heads up on his arrival time and completed all the work within the initial estimated price. Well done and I would recommend Bennett Fan for any ceiling fan installation."

"It went very well. We remodeled three bathrooms, had a floor done in one of them, painted one the bathrooms. Very professionally done. The sub-contractors were reliable and cleaned up after themselves when they left. All trash was hauled away by them. "I scheduled a grout cleaning on my 2-year-old house because it had the regular gunk build up from kids and pets, but nothing outrageous with any expectation of not being able to be cleaned in the normal course of a grout cleaning. The first day, the technician came and was very friendly, very nice. Unfortunately, when he left, we noticed all the gunk and grime had splashed all over our walls, our cabinets, our appliances, etc. Additionally, we noticed that certain areas in the grout were all of a sudden very dark, where they previously weren't. We called him back out the next day, and he apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up the walls, appliances, and cabinets, and said the dark spots were just still drying and to give the company a call if it didn't dry in a couple of days. Additionally, there was some water damage to one of our door frames to the laundry room, to which he just responded, "I remember that door frame being damaged." Unfortunately, there is no way of proving one way or another, so I left that alone. About a week later, we called him back out, he said "no problem" and proceeded to re-clean the dark spots and said if that didn't work, maybe there would be a need to rework the grout and find a similar color. I followed up with him multiple times since then to no response. The last message exchange was on Feb. 2, where I sent pictures where the dark spots did not lighten up and asked what could be done. To which, Daniel responsed, "the next step to those areas is try to match the grout color with a color seal." When asked "when can that be done?" he simply said, "let me see." Since then, I have not received any type of response, call back, etc. My house, which was essentially pretty new, now has crappy dark spots on the grout, where there weren't any issues before. There was no actual remedy, and I got ghosted. It will now cost me another tiny fortune to fix the issue that was caused by your company."

"Arrived on time. Swapped out 3 patio fans for new ones, and moved interior dimmer switch. I think the work turned out to be more difficult than expected, but they pressed on, and did a great job. This is the second time we have used them."

Jose is a Partner in the experience and really made all my Kitchen dreams come true. I had a vision and if he could not find the item I envisioned he had it created at a reasonable cost. Jose is resourceful, hardworking, timely and never left a day without cleaning up. There is so much I can say but not sure that all want to read a very long review so we will post some pictures. I have a couple other projects that we will be working together on in the future."
