We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem with a toilet we had that was running constantly. I feel like I was charged for travel time, the plumber had to go get parts on two separate occasions. I would imagine any company would do the same though so it is what it is. Overnight the toilet started leaking. I left a voice mail message with CR and they were back on site within a few hours to fix the leak. There were no additional charges for the second trip to the house which I appreciated greatly. Overall a pretty good experience, would recommend CR to friends and neighbors."
