I contacted 2 pool professionals, namely the pool doctor and SW Pool Cleaning (nka J K Pools) and they both totally dropped the ball, including blaming me for the communication problems. The Pool Doctor actually yelled and cursed at me over the phone after I called to ask the status of the project (was continuously told "no parts available"). Jorge came to the rescue. He ordered and installed new pool equipment, fixed a leak and totally gutted then resurfaced our pool. I am grateful to have met and worked with Jorge. He is on my speed dial!!!"
