"I have had an appointment that was scheduled for nearly a month. I had to close my business to have this job done. I called a couple hours before the show up time and they said that someone should have called to let me know the person that was going to do the job quit. No one had ever called to let me know. Then they said they would send someone to do it but no one came and that was scheduled for two hours ago. I have lost business today and the job was not done. I am very disappointed. They do not answer phone calls. The only text I got was that they were sorry that no one told me they were not going to come."

They said it would be an hour or less. It took maybe 30 minutes. I was fine with an hour minimum. When I was out of the room, they charged my elderly parents $215! Clearly took advantage of them. When I called they explained that the plumber had a helper and were charging for him too. Are you kidding?! I could have bought a snake and done it for my parents had I known they were going to scam them. This is not what was quoted or agreed to. We will be filing with the BBB and the Texas AG - it's actually illegal to treat people in their 70's on a fixed income this way, quoting them one thing and price gouging them after the fact. STAY AWAY."
