"this was a difficult job and we appreciate your business. in this extreme heat- any little weakness in the system will show up. thanks again"
"thank you for your business. we are glad you had a good experience."
"our office called you back shortly after 2pm and a crew would have arrived around 2;30pm but you decided to cancel the call. we apologize that we did not meet your expectations."
"thanks so much for your business, we really appreciate it."
"due to the current drought conditions, we have had many more calls for service than normal and the wait is longer than normal. we are planning to add more service crews next year. we apologize for your inconvienence."
Everything went very smooth. First they were kind enough to push my schedule to the end of day so that I could take care of some pressing business. They fixed the sprinklers that were running while one of the team searched for the hidden and burried valves that needed to be found and repaired. After locating, digging and surveying the issues, they discovered that we were not up to code and that the system was now required to have a back flow prenvetor to keep water contamination out of city water a 2003 or so revisiion. My system was a 1993 installation. Using a professional and licensed company comes with a requirement that everything be done correctly and to code which is something I look for in the company I choose.
The only down side was that a company with a great reputation and rating is in very high demand during peak (hot) season and may take longer for a service date than some would like. But, if you want the right companies doing the work you will have to be patient especially if you procrastinate in calling for an appointment as I did.
"thanks for your comments. we appreciate your business and we try hard to please our customers."
"i am sorry for the confusion in the "big deal". we will try to clarify this more clearly for customers. we hope you were satisfied overall with our service. thank you for your business."
