Great job! On time and plenty of manpower to get the work done quickly. Awesome experience.

It was an extreme problem finding all nine control valves that were buried at unknown places in a large yard. Then bare wires were found that prevented zones from operating. After rewiring the entire system, then two control valves found and wired were previously disconnected and not in use. So, they then had to locate the other two valves, connect them and disconnect the abandoned valves. They were here three days to finally complete a very difficult job. And they charged a very reasonable price for all the work done.

Jose and his crew came out a little before the appointment time.. They repaired the leaking valve. They found a screwed up electrical connection which got a few more heads operating. They then when around and checked any leaking pop up valves. They had to replace about 10 of the valves. When they got everything working properly, they then programmed the system to get the yard back into good shape.

Everything went very well.

They were very fast.....it would have taken me much longer to do myself and a lot less aggravation.

Albert and Omar went about their work efficiently and professionally. Having purchased the house recently, I had numerous questions about the system, its operation, and the location of the zone valves and sprinkler heads. Albert answered all of my questions in a concise and courteous manner. The final bill was most reasonable, indeed better than my expectations. Express Lawn Sprinklers will be our service company of choice for all future such requirements. An excellent outcome.

Everything went very smooth.  First they were kind enough to push my schedule to the end of day so that I could take care of some pressing business.  They fixed the sprinklers that were running while one of the team searched for the hidden and burried valves that needed to be found and repaired.  After locating, digging and surveying the issues, they discovered that we were not up to code and that the system was now required to have a back flow prenvetor to keep water contamination out of city water a 2003 or so revisiion.  My system was a 1993 installation.  Using a professional and licensed company comes with a requirement that everything be done correctly and to code which is something I look for in the company I choose.
The only down side was that a company with a great reputation and rating is in very high demand during peak (hot) season and may take longer for a service date than some would like.  But, if you want the right companies doing the work you will have to be patient especially if you procrastinate in calling for an appointment as I did.

 I was very pleased with the level of service expertise and professionalism the service team presented and I would gladly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone else needing service.

Express sent out Clay and Bertin to check my sprinkler system. They were very professional and helpful. They provided the service I requested, gave me what I felt was a fair estimate of repairs that were needed, explained it in a way I could understand, and worked efficiently. Initially, I was confused about what the Angie's ad from them said and what the repairman told me. The ad said $90 checkup not including parts. In the fine description it said the price could be increased depending on the time spent. The special was for $90 an hour, not $90 for the job. Very misleading.

It basically went fine once the appointment was met.  I had a water leak in my sprinkler system, and their representative over the phone that I  talked to over the phone said their work schedule was pretty full, but scheduled a date and was very helpful in telling me where I could cut the water off at one of the main boxes, which helped save some on the water bill.  Once the date arrive and the plumbers went to work on the leak they were professional, and fixed the job, also fixing another problem in the back yard concerning a sprinkler station not working properly.  They were fairly expensive, but I figure they are in line with everyone else.  Yes, I'd use them again.
