A1 Plumbing

It was a fair process and amount and great job. My daughter has lived in the house now for 5 and a half years with no problems. He worked on his own and left the area clean. Some days he was not an early riser but he eventually always stood up. He had to go under the house and everything. He was easy going and willing to do whatever we wanted him to do.

Once they got here they did an good job. They are so busy. It is hard to get them to come, but once they are here they work hard.

I called A1 Plumbing on Wednesday morning twice. After the second call, a guy named Wayne called back and stated that he was going to show up at my address. He never did, so I called Wayne back the next day and he told me that he was going to show up at around one, but he never did
again. I am very disappointed with this company. I am definitely not soliciting its services anymore.

Replaced Fill valve on 11/29/2012, did not notice flush valve leaking, called back the next week and replaced flush valve did not charge me service fee for that visit.

They showed up when they scheduled, were professional and did the work quickly.

When we initially had a problem with the hot water heater, they came and they took care of it and then that led to doing the other and discussing what we needed to do. They continued to do all of the projects that we needed to be done at a good price for us.

Called several times, got thru once, explained problem, never received a call back.

I like him very well. Actually he just flapped around my commode that he forget to and it was because of the one who did it for the first time. When the girl went into the bathroom there was no water in it and it was no big deal but it was just that he left it. When I called him he just got back out, fixed it and there is no problems since then. He would have come yesterday itself but because he was out of town he couldn't. He came in a very reasonable time because he knew I had to go to pick kids from school. I am very very pleased with him. His price was very good. He was very clean and neat. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about him.

When I have an emergency he responds quickly and comes out whenever I need him to. It's comforting to know that I can call him and he will respond quickly, come out and quickly fix the problem.
