"Worst moving experience I have ever had! I was in the hospital for an organ transplant, but my lease was ending and i had to move. I contacted Square Cow and they were GREAT on the phone. I explained that I needed my entire house packed up and moved on a precise day. They said that was no problem and they would take special care given the fact that I was hospitalized. 2 days before the scheduled move, they call my wife and tell her that they have a scheduling problem and they are coming THAT DAY. She explains that she isn't ready for them and they tell here that if they can't come that day, the deal is off. It is too late to schedule anyone else, so we have to let them come and start packing. They arrive, and right when one of the packers comes through our door he yells, "Aw F* C& no!" which did not give my wife much confidence. She called the company to talk to them about this and was told once again, if you don't like it, call someone else. They threw everything in boxes with no regard for safety or fragile items. Most of my tools were stolen. So many things were broken, we almost couldn't count them all. Their breakage sheet allows for three items. We were told we could not create our own claim sheet beyond what theirs allowed for. We ended up losing $18,000 worth of our stuff to theft and breakage and were told that's too bad. They did not put any boxes in the rooms they were labeled for. 80% just got stuck in the garage. My wife was left to move them into the house by herself. I cannot warn you enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible and they realize that they are in control if you absolutely have to move on a certain day. They completely took advantage of us and stole so many of our valuables. STAY AWAY!!!"

"They were highly recommended by a very good friend of mine who has used this company several times previously for his moves. I gladly appreciated the referral and I called a couple of weeks prior to the date we wanted to move into our Brand New House in Aubrey, Texas. I called initially and spoke with Robert saying that I needed their help moving and he wanted me to provide him with the desired dates and addresses So that he could provide an estimate . He got back with me the same day and told me that Toni (his wife) would work me up am estimate for which she did by the next morning . They were eager and very interested in gaining my business and we’re kind enough to point out that if I scheduled the move on Thursday instead of Friday or Saturday that they could provide me with a discounted rate. I was sold and did so and they provided me with 3men and a truck which is better than two!!!! Toni was very genuine, thorough, and she new her stuff and we set it up. They were on time, and you could sense the eagerness from taking to them that they knew what they were doing . I even threw them a last minute curve ball to pick up my brand new fridge which was at my Mother’s house in her garage. No problem, no panic just a considered done! They arrived early morning on time and then came to my Apartment home on time and secured and packed everything very efficiently and quickly with 3 great guys who worked as a team. We had a ton of stuff and they did it effortlessly and we’re done sooner than I thought they could for the amount of stuff we had! They did so today and we’re done in under 7 hrs and I was impressed! I will use these guys again for all my moving needs and I will definitely go out of my way to refer them to anybody I come in contact with that needs a job well done in the moving business!
