"All he does is stump grinding, so he is good at it. We had two particularly challenging stumps. One close to the house and another by a retaining wall. He took extra care to not damage anything and he watched out for irrigation pipes. We would have him here again, and we recommend him to others."

However, effective transplanting requires six months, careful root pruning, safe transport to the new location, and replanting in prime soil conditions. How often and long you should water a tree depends on the species and if it is mature or newly planted. The amount of water is also based on the tree's size. A good rule of thumb is approximately 5 gallons per inch of the trunk's diameter.

Adjusting watering to the recommended suggestions for the tree type and weather conditions is vital. For instance, watering trees during a drought is necessary, and you may need to water more frequently than usual.

Generally, you’ll want to prune back the trunk by 1 to 2 feet each year to promote bushy growth. Doing so concentrates vegetative buds closer to the bottom of the tree, where you can easily harvest fruit. For side shoots that are a year old, leave at least six leaves.
