I had emailed him photos of the rooms and my measurements of square footage. I called him on our way back, on a Tuesday, to confirm the job and gave him a $100 deposit over the phone. On Wednesday his subcontractor, Ruben, called me and set up for Thursday, and by that evening they were done, all popcorn gone and everything cleaned up. I emailed him a photo of a check for the balance and that was it. The simplest process of any home repair we have ever had done. "

We perform asbestos and indoor air quality assessments (water damage, mold, chemical, general air quality and radon gas)additionally we perform Environmental Site Assessments meeting both the ASTM and EPA standards and guidelines. We also perform general industrial hygiene testing and consulting for businesses within an approximate radius of 100 miles of Austin, Texas. Typically we only charge for mileage outside the city of Austin and will usually waive any hourly charges for travel.
