We elected to go with 512 Roofs as a professional roofing firm as opposed to a handyman service so the job would be performed to highest standards. Unfortunately, we ended up having to buy many more tiles (50) than we needed (6) and have them shipped in from out of state since these tiles were reportedly not available anywhere else. This certainly raised the price by hundreds of dollars, and the labor costs for 512 Roofs were a lot higher than a local handyman service we were considering. We knew that going in, so no surprises. Our biggest disappointment was in 1) scheduling - we kept getting pushed out when another job came along; and 2) in getting 512 Roofs to do what we asked - they always had a reason why they couldn't do some minor work, even when offered to pay extra. Not sure I would use them again for a smaller repair job as they were much more focused on bigger $$ projects, which they are probably quite capable of.
