"The contractor came out with everyday to check on his workers. The workers only took breaks when it was their lunch time. They didn't waste time. They stuck really close to the bid they gave us. We have a Victorian home, you never know what you are going to run into with something like this. He's bid was almost to the penny. He did our remodel and he also recently build us a 870 3 car garage/carport. I would rate them really high! They are nice people and do what they say they are going to do. They don't mess around."

"It was a very large project and took 9 workdays in total to complete. Fernando Osorio (the crew foreman) was awesome as was the rest of his crew (Mark Willis, Barton Aleman, and Octavio Jacobo). They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time they’d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isn’t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors who’ve done work for me but I’d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others."

"i had Toby and Allen come out to evaluate my home and immediately i signed up. Not only were they thorough with the inspection but the price was right! i went ahead and did the steel pier system even though the price was a little more expensive it seemed they would be a better fix. i was expecting pretty big mess due to my research of this kind of work but they were pretty good at keeping the dirt on those blue blankets or tarps. My house got raised properly and they even had a engineer come out and certify it. i couldn't be anymore happy with the work that was performed and will recommend them to anyone who needs this kinda work done."

(My house is almost 100 years old, and different codes existed different times - vents, beams and piers.) The crew did their work starting early, coordinated with me on their schedule and my pups. (Letting the pups outside in the backyard and such.) And, when a crack was discovered in the existing cast iron pipes (plumbing where the house settled on the pipe) the crew worked around my plumbers. The company helped me finance the first phase of the job, which has been helpful with working within my budget."

"Wally came to our house (he was very flexible with scheduling an evening appointment to meet our scheduling needs) and gave us frank, practical advice about our bathroom renovation.  Ultimately, his advice was that what will work best for us won't be so complicated that we'll need architectural design assistance - he clearly was not just trying to make suggestions to ensure we'd need his services.  
Although the charge for the initial visit was quoted at $100, Wally wouldn't accept payment from us.  
We will definitely contact Wally if we need architectural design services in the future.
