Very good plumbers, explained each step and provided prompt service. They did the work in about 1 hour. Highly recommended!

They were very professional, but also very friendly.  They did a great job on the install and left the work area clean.  They complimented me on my choice of faucet and advised me of the lifetime warranty and what information to keep in case I needed to contact the manufacturer.  It was a pleasure doing business with them and talking with them.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I noticed water pooling and dripping fast on the ceiling after 5 pm on Friday. My husband turned the water off at the street to stop the leak until we could get a repairman out. I called down a list that no one but Roto Router then Crossroads Plumbing answered. Roto Router said the after hours charge was $232 the 1st hour then $174 per hour after that. Crossroads didn't charge me an after hours fee. Ken, the owner of Crossroads, was just finishing his day and offered to come see if he could see if it was a quick fix or a major fix. He offered to charge me for only the time he spent looking and that would go toward the job. He went in and out the attic 5 times baffled by why there wasn't any water in the attic and the pipes weren't really near the ceiling puddle. He was turning my hot water off at the top of the water heater when he saw a tiny streak of water shooting from the hot water connection up to the ceiling! I laughed with relief! $90 service call + 12.50 for the part + tax well worth it for his outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

Ken only does repairs, not big jobs.  He is friendly and reliable. I trust him to be in my house. He knows his plumbing. If you ask him for suggestions on how to save you money, he will give them. I recommend him highly.

Cleared sewer line to the city's line. Filled tub with water and drained to make sure line was clear.

My washing machine drain was clogged and backing up into my kitchen sink, therefore the kitchen sink wasn't draining either. I also had a leaky outdoor faucet that had been leaking for months. My bathroom sink was also clogged up and when we took a shower there would be water coming through the brick outside onto my patio.

Ken was very professional and knew what he was doing. When he got to my house my dogs were going crazy. He actually took the time to let them smell him before he even got started. I told him my main problem that had to be fixed was that I had to be able to wash clothes. He snaked out the pipes from under my kitchen sink and had me fill the washing machine up and drain it twice to make sure that it would drain. This of course took time considering he also had to go up on the roof to try to run the snake from up there.

The next thing he took care of was my leaky outside faucet. It was on there much tighter than it should have been and didn't help that it had been leaking for months, but he got it off and put a new faucet on.

We then went back into the house and he unclogged my bathroom sink and looked at the shower to see why water would be coming through the brick outside onto the patio. It turns out it was just a leaky bathtub faucet. He happened to have one on his truck and replaced it. That took care of the problem that I thought was going to be much worse.

The whole time he was fixing everything he was talking to both my daughter and me, explaining what he was doing and what was going on. He was very patient with both of us and didn't act like he was doing us a favor by being there. He was very down to earth.

When everything was taken care of and he came in with the invoice, I was very relieved. I thought it would be much more expensive than it was. He handed me the invoice and told my daughter he had a surprise for her. He gave her a flashlight keychain and she was thrilled.

Overall, Ken was wonderful. I would definitely use him again in the future for any plumbing needs that arise.

They wanted more than I was willing to pay for such a small service so I went elsewhere.

We had a clog in the pipes and a toilet that wouldn't flush and leaked.The kids tried to shower which caused a back up in the pipes.All the water came flooding out the back of the dishwasher,where the tub fixtures are at,through the kitchen to the back door like a river..We tried fixing it ourselves buying a snake and trying to snake the toilet.Then we tried flushing out the sewer lines outside with a hose.All this work bought another week to find a plumber.WE called plumbers from Angies list in order by grade and everyone was either too busy or too expensive.We came to Crossroads and he was able to see us in a couple days.When the plumber,Ken, came he was kind and professional.We informed him of whats been happening and he investigated and explained everything.First,he worked on the tub and come to find our shower head didnt have jets and was letting out to much water which he replaced.He also unclogged the tub allowing water to drain properly .Kens helper worked on the toilet using a toilet auger to unclog the lines.Ken said the lines were cleared,but we still wanted him to roto rooter the lines.It was getting late,so they left and said they would return tomorrow to finish.They came the next day and roto rooted the lines from the house to the streets.The toilet was still leaking,so he had to take it off,put on a new flange,a wax ring,shims to level it, and a bead of caulk.I was very happy with the work done in a timely manner.

We called about every plumber in the phonebook for quptes. Another plumber who was booked referred him to us and he ended up being the cheapiest anyhow. He was very professional, extremely fair with his pricing ,very nice and in and out! Would recommend him to anyone!

He is awesome. I called him the other day just to run some things by him. He is a great problem solver and he is very careful when he repairs things around your home. Everything is always an A with him.
