"Very happy with the work that Martin did - ver thorough and fast! The main project was a concrete wraparound for our patio that included flagstones. He understood immediately what we wanted, and had some good suggestions for how to lay it out. In addition to that work, we asked him to pour two concrete pads: one for our trash cans and one for a portable generator. He also poured a concrete ramp for our shed. The whole thing took 3 days, and the price was great. Highly recommend him!"

A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible."
