He understood immediately what we wanted, and had some good suggestions for how to lay it out. In addition to that work, we asked him to pour two concrete pads: one for our trash cans and one for a portable generator. He also poured a concrete ramp for our shed. "Perez Construction was very responsive to our needs. We had water line damage from the storm on 2/16/21. A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible."

"If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company"
