Rafael and his crew did an exceptionally amazing job and I highly recommend them. My 1950's house had brick issues that needed to be fixed, and his solution went above and beyond what I had imagined was possible. Impeccable craftsmanship and professionalism. He is a genius and I hope to work with him again in the future.

Rafael with Perez Construction did a great job repairing our damaged exterior brick. It looks good as new! And he found some holes in the mortar and fixed those too. And added spray insulation where we needed it. He went above and beyond. And we are quite pleased.

Rafael repaired some limestone siding on the side of our home. He came out the same day I submitted my HomeAdvisor request and gave a fair quote. The work was completed the following day and looked great. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for quality stone work.

I had my gutters done when I got my hone 2016 .. I was looking them up for a friend that needs gutters.. I seen this and also wanted to give my experience with them.. I would use them.. great professional..I wish I could put in a picture of my home.. if you need gutters call perez.

Perez Construction was very responsive to our needs. We had water line damage from the storm on 2/16/21. A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible.

These guys were great!! Best work I’ve ever hired out. I will only use them in the future.

Excellent work and he finished in a timely fashion. He cleaned everything up when he finished and my driveway looks great with the new pavers he put down! He gets an A+ from me and I would highly recommend him.

Raphael came out the same day to give me a bid on a new flagstone patio. He started the project 2 days later and had it finished in 3 days. It looks beautiful! We would definitely hire them again!

Not only came out to give us an estimate but was helpful in choosing the best way to do the project. Also had stone for us to choose from. Project was priced great and they were done on time and yard cleaned up as good as it was when they came. Highly recommend this company.

The brick outdoor brick kitchen for 2 grills turned out just like I wanted.

Perez Construction did not completely finish the project. Mr Perez asked for more money to finish. I paid him the total price of his bid. He left, and never gave me a receipt, or finished the job

He is a good worker and did a good job regarding the flower beds and tree circles in my garden.

I would work with Perez Constructiion again.

Raphael Perez and his men did a great job of removing a 3ft x 4ft window, adding insulation nd bricking up the window with bricks to match the brick home. You cannot tell where the window was previously. Very good work. Thanks!

Great work and quick to get the job complete

Perez Construction - professional, on time, and completed the work exactly the way I explained to them. The price was a little higher than what I had anticipated, but their timeliness and professionalism more than made up for it. Would have rated them a 5 on work, but for a good amount of nails and small debris left after the job. Will hire them again and refer them.

They called me shortly after filling out the request and scheduled the work for that weekend.
