"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"From my first contact with Abel over text, I felt good about this company. He was thorough, responsive and helpful. He asked me about our schedule and when we preferred he start and end each day. He arrived on time for the job and worked 8:30-5. painted 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and laundry room. He finished 2 days ahead of time. He has great attention to detail. He made sure that all of furniture and floors were protected from paint. When the job was finished, everything was put back in place - drapery hardware, wood blinds , furniture. I highly recommend. I just confirmed another job with him and can’t wait for him to paint our living area and study."

This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

"Window trim and other small fixes were completed in 1 day. All messes were cleaned up appropriately. Everything looks good, including a bathroom wall patch that blends seamlessly! The only thing making this a 4/5 is that the contractors who came to actually do the job didn't seem to have the full list of items discussed with the primary poc we had the consult with prior to starting the work. I recommend taking notes on what is discussed, ensuring the invoice has all specific details, and then reviewing with the folks at the beginning of project to make sure all jobs are captured."
