After a year long nightmare dealing with another contractor, we happened upon Andrewâ s website. Even though Ivins Brothers Construction is a small company, we decided to give them a call. We are so glad we did! From our first phone call through to the completion of the project, Andrew listened to our goals, communicated in a timely and clear professional manner and was just plain great to work with! His team of craftsmen showed up as promised, called with updates, worked hard, maintained a clean job site (which is especially important as we have dogs) and finished on schedule with excellent craftsmanship! This family owned and operated business takes total responsibility for their work from the bid to completion of our project. They installed a beautiful fence with locking gates around our pool deck. Their product is superb and the service is highest quality. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for fence or deck installation. The Ivins brothers are personable, professional, creative and very competent. We had several changes of mind throughout the installation process and they accommodated all. This company is top notch. There were challenges to rebuilding our deck due to the yard slope, supports for the old deck, and a bay window. Ivians figured out how to fit a pergola around the bay window, and rebuilt the steps to make them safer for my issues with my RA. The deck is beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

Andrew and his guys (Daniel and Jorge) built an amazing deck for us. They used Tibertech Azek composite decking. The finished deck looks amazing. They showed great attention to detail. The deck frame is SOLID. They went the extra mile to make sure the deck is as solid as possible. Should last a long time with the composite decking material. I would highly recommend them for a composite deck project.

Andrew did an amazing job converting our old pergola into an amazing covered porch. Andrew had an amazing eye for detail and design. It was turn key from the beginning with the team filing for the permits, demoing and hauling off the old and framing and building new. Andrew and his team definitely brought it. They also built a 18x12 redwood pergola in addition to the deck. Good solid construction. He got all the proper permits and inspections for the project. Provided us with a detailed quote of supplies and cost including labor and taxes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I originally contacted Andrew to build a small wood deck for an investment property. His bid and follow-up were great but I decided to go with a lower bid, which ended up being a big mistake. The work was really bad. I even had to have work redone. So when we decided to build our 750 sq ft composite dream deck/outdoor living area, we had a couple bids and decided to go with Andrew. We are SO HAPPY WE DID. He helped refocus our design using integrated steps down to a 7.5 x 7.5 ft sunken spa that turned out amazing. We added low-voltage lighting, which he installed and the lighted stairs and iron rail caps simply are the icing on the cake. Looks awesome at night! His attention to detail and perfectionist work ethic will go a long way to making his business grow. We are recommending him to everyone we know so you better get on his schedule now! -Adam & Shannon

We added a synthetic product deck. Everything Andrew told us he was going to do he did and he did it on time. For me, there is no substitute for quality. I contacted four deck builders: one came to my house but I never heard back from him. One wanted $6,000 just for the labor (Irvin s Brothers was a lot less than that). One tried to do everything over the phone (sight unseen). And Andrew did everything the other three did not do and more and he did it right.
