Thomas, with persistence and expertise, was actually to push a clog through my drain. It was not certain that there was a clog other than the water backing up. My previous plumber was telling me that I had to have another access, tunneling, and egress. He performed the first one last May. Thomas and Taylor worked well together and were so supportive of what I had been through. Thomas even asked if I was on Angie's List and then gave me 10% off the bill which was only $224! I saved thousands of dollars as I almost agreed to have my yard dug up again. I can't say enough about this company and how they hold the bar high for honesty, ethics, professionalism and quality work. "Showed up to the house ready to assess sprinkler system. Knew I had a leak on one station and they determined it was a broken pipe. They also made recommendations for head replacements on others. They provided me a written estimate and proceeded directly to making the repairs (some may have just rescheduled that work to another day and inconvenienced me to find more time to be here). The work was done in about two hours. Their technician pointed out their was a local city rebate for sprinkler tune ups and repairs and that tip got me a $150 rebate from the city. Woo-hoo! They made only one small error on the bill (and charged me for what I already paid thru Angie's list). Their HQ office was quick to determine their error and mailed me a check the very next day. They were polite and responsive to the mistake."

"The service went okay. The service did not go quite as I had expected. I had a bad gate and they replaced the hardware on that gate. I was happy with that. The fencing between my neighbor and I was starting to rot and a few slots needed replaced. I knew I did not want to purchase a whole new fence. They installed some supports on the fence and the supports looked kind of bad. The technicians left without speaking with me so I never got a chance to really ask any questions or express my concerns. They were pretty informal and not very personable."
