On the day I called him that I was ready to schedule the project, he said he would be there in the afternoon. Via text he let me know when he was headed to the rental property and then again when he arrived so I could know when to meet him. He raised the canopy of the tree and made sure it looked balanced from the street. He cleaned up all the limbs and branches and even raked the yard to get the twigs.
