The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"

The only down side, as with any contractor, it was not completed on time. We asked it to be done by December the 18th (started in October) or wait until after the new year.
