I am very sorry that you did not hear from the installer/sub contractor. As you can imagine, our installers are extremely busy handling installations for our customers. It is our policy to only install flooring that is purchased from Carpet Giant, that way we know what the product is, who manufacturer is & what the warranty is on the flooring. Our installation representative told me she made it clear that if she was able to get a subcontractor to do it that it would not be through carpet giant that it would be directly through the installer as a sub-contractor. Maybe it was under a different name or address? The carpet you purchased in 2015 was an excellent carpet. I apologize that you did not have a good experience with Carpet Giant. It is clearly stated on our invoices that we do not cut doors. I have spoken with all employees involved with the sale and installation of your job to hopefully make sure there is better communication with the customer in the future. I am sorry you are not completely satisfied with end results. I am sure they explained to you that carpet comes in 12 ft. width and it is very common to have a room with 1-3 seams, otherwise you would have a giant waste of carpet, to be exact to do a 14 x 14 ft. room with one seam, you would need a 12 x 28 ft,., and would have a 12x10 left over and would have spent double the money. Not sure of the quality of carpet you purchased, but if you have a any problem with it, please don't hesitate to call us.Service Provider Response

Have you called the store or sales person to let them know of this problem? I will pull your paperwork and see what I can find out. I see that we came out 2 weeks after you had it installed in 2014 and inspected the carpet. If you are still having problems, please give us call to set up another inspection.Service Provider Response
