"I just finished a major project with ARTESA Build and Design.New wood siding on the gabriels and replaced all other bad wood on my house and garage and exterior painting. This is a good company. Roni the project manager came by every day to check on the job  progression and to see if I had any concerns. Danielle the owner dropped by too. Only rain slowed this 7 day job. This company is easy to deal with and they listen. With Artesa they give you a warranty, so if something is not done to your satisfaction they will correct it."

He should clarify with customers from the beginning and have everything in place so that we can resolve the problem. Update 7/30/2020. Thanks to Solomon, the manufacturer agreed to replace the product due to manufacture defect. The product was replaced and it looks really good in the house. Solomon was not consistent in the appointments and when he agreed to call etc. The actual installers were not very nice a couple of times, particularly when it was raining, since the furniture was out on the balcony. The response is they can leave everything now, and do carpet tomorrow. I don't think it was an appropriate response. Other than that they did a great job and the carpet was great."
