"Chambers did a fantastic job.   Pat and Cheryl Chambers were very helpful with the initial planning of our project and listened to what we wanted while respecting our budget.   We depended on them quite a bit for picking out the materials used in our remodeling and were not disappointed with their choices. 
Once the remodel started, either Pat or Cheryl would check in with us each day for our feedback on the project. I was extremely comfortable calling them and asking questions.  During the shower remodel, they found that we had rotted wood and other issues.  This expanded the scope of work somewhat, but Pat & Cheryl explained everything to us in a way that we understood and we were very comfortable going forward.

"He seemed honest with us as customers when selling the product but at the moment there are problems. He should clarify with customers from the beginning and have everything in place so that we can resolve the problem. Update 7/30/2020. Thanks to Solomon, the manufacturer agreed to replace the product due to manufacture defect. The product was replaced and it looks really good in the house. Solomon was not consistent in the appointments and when he agreed to call etc. The actual installers were not very nice a couple of times, particularly when it was raining, since the furniture was out on the balcony. The response is they can leave everything now, and do carpet tomorrow. I don't think it was an appropriate response. Other than that they did a great job and the carpet was great."

He texts and calls to confirm things and always makes sure he is doing things the way I want him to. I attached a before and after of my master bathroom. I’m still not quite done with it.
