"I just paid their $45 dispatch fee but did not use them. He quoted me a price of $750 for labor and said I have to order and pay for arts. I said " which parts do I order?" He said he didn't know. Ha,! What a joke! I called Abacus and a guy came out and took the tub hot water stem and fitting off and I went to home Depot while he waited in his van at my house. I returned with parts$20 is all they cost) he installed the part and only charged me $144 total.. I should of called Abacus in the first place. Hugo can go go?"
