"SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

They were respectful to the property and made sure that I understood and was aware of what was going on. My only issue that I had, was the office staff repeatedly failed to let me know what was going on or advising time frames for arrival. Sean made sure that I knew what time they would return the following day and let me know, they would not leave until I had power and a/c and job completed. Can't say enough about these guys. "I engaged CFP Remodeling & Construction (out of Pearland) for landscaping services at my East End property, which included installing approximately 165 sq feet of St. Augustine sod. Shortly after installation, I observed that a significant portion of the sod was not healthy. I reached out to Jessenya Akerman at CFP Remodeling & Construction, who indicated they would inspect the issue. Despite several delays, Ms. Akerman suggested that increased watering might resolve the problem. After spending $90 on additional watering, the sod remained in poor condition. I contacted Ms. Akerman again; although assurances were made about revisiting, no follow-up occurred. Eventually, I received an email explaining that personal circumstances had caused the delays and promising efforts to rectify the situation. However, subsequent correspondence stated that the company considered the installation complete and did not plan further action. Based on my experience, I found communication inconsistent, scheduling unstructured, and customer service lacking in follow-through. Therefore, I am unable to recommend CFP Remodeling & Construction and would advise considering other reputable landscaping providers on the island for your home improvement needs."
