He fixed all rotting wood around outside of house and up around the chimney and repainted. Mike is great at plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and can build fences as well. "I told Jay the issue I was having with my garbage disposal at a rental property of mine. I told him if he could repair it great if not, I’d like to replace it. I would trust his decision. He called to tell me he was able to get it working and then let me know it was 15 years old and it was possible the motor was going out.
