I hired Jordan sometime in December 2020. He wanted payment at the first of the month. I went against my intuition and pre paid him for service. In January I prepaid again and he came two weeks to clean and did not return. I text him the second week I had no service but he did not reply. I have emailed Homeadvisor and I'm waiting for a response.

I had an in-ground pool emergency and The Pool Guy did not disappoint. I called and he was there within a few hours. He did a complete maintenance call, including cleaning the filter and all accessory equipment. He made sure the pool was in the best condition possible with all equipment up and running. I plan on using him on a weekly basis and highly recommend The Pool Guy.
