"It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another. "Mike and his team did a wonderful job on multiple things. They hung a beautiful, very heavy, pot rack in my kitchen. They added some shelves in my kitchen as well as fixed some plumbing and recaulked/remounted a very loose kitchen sink. They dug out all the old caulk around my windows, repaired them and repainted. He fixed all rotting wood around outside of house and up around the chimney and repainted. Mike is great at plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and can build fences as well. Always on time (if not... early) and works a full day. Extremely reliable and I highly recommend. We already have phase 2 of our work ready to go. Great job!"

"I told Jay the issue I was having with my garbage disposal at a rental property of mine. I told him if he could repair it great if not, I’d like to replace it. I would trust his decision. He called to tell me he was able to get it working and then let me know it was 15 years old and it was possible the motor was going out. He did not push me to purchase a new one and that made me trust him. I went ahead and had him install a new one and will call him again for any other issues or repairs that come up."
