"Mike and his team did a wonderful job on multiple things. They hung a beautiful, very heavy, pot rack in my kitchen. They added some shelves in my kitchen as well as fixed some plumbing and recaulked/remounted a very loose kitchen sink. They dug out all the old caulk around my windows, repaired them and repainted. He fixed all rotting wood around outside of house and up around the chimney and repainted. Mike is great at plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and can build fences as well. Always on time (if not... early) and works a full day. Extremely reliable and I highly recommend. We already have phase 2 of our work ready to go. Great job!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Prioritize safety during pool and spa service by installing a mandatory four-foot perimeter fence with self-closing gates. State regulations in TX require at least two safety layers, so add door alarms or a sturdy pool cover. Install anti-entrapment drain covers to comply with federal safety laws. For pets, choose heat-resistant decking materials to protect their paws from dangerous temperatures during the intense Keller summers.

Helpful?

Because the local climate allows year-round swimming, pool and spa service in Keller requires continuous chemical maintenance and equipment checks. The hard municipal water demands periodic acid washing to remove calcium scaling from tiles. You must also apply aggressive algaecide treatments to combat intense summer heat. During winter freeze warnings across TX, run your pumps continuously to prevent pipe damage instead of fully winterizing the system.

Helpful?

Yes, consistent pool and spa service directly boosts resale appeal in Keller. Buyers in these family-oriented neighborhoods expect well-maintained pools due to the long swimming season. Premium pool and spa combinations add significant value to high-end homes. Conversely, neglected pools become a negotiating liability, as TX real estate laws require sellers to disclose known defects. Maintain your equipment and plaster to ensure a positive property valuation.

Helpful?

The long, hot summers in Keller cause rapid chlorine evaporation and increase algae growth, requiring frequent chemical balancing during pool and spa service. Severe hail storms in TX damage pool covers and decking. Additionally, sudden winter freezes demand year-round equipment protection, as professionals do not fully close pools here. Regional drought cycles also trigger strict water use advisories, restricting exactly when you refill your pool.

Helpful?

During pool and spa service, hidden expenses stem from expansive clay soils in Keller, which shift and damage underground plumbing or pool shells. You must also account for mandatory city permits and strict HOA compliance rules. Additionally, previous TX freeze events cause concealed pipe or heater damage that professionals discover once repairs begin. Finally, failing local code inspections for outdated drain covers adds mandatory remediation expenses.
