"[Member Name Removed]- I'm sorry you weren't pleased with the service provided. I do understand how the price online can be misleading. There is 45-60 mins of labor in most parts we stock since we did have to drive to the supply house to acquire them at some point. Drive time = labor.. So a $60 part isn't just 60. Then there is profit so the company can grow. I hope you take this into consideration and give us a chance to continue to be your service provider. Have a great day."

He came out the same day (as it was 107 degrees) on short notice, great service!!!. He was very professional and took the time to inspect the A/C. Replaced a bad capacitor. I would use him again if I had any A/C issues.
