Since 1989, it has become a leader in the flooring and home remodeling services offering a wide variety of cost-effective and eco-friendly flooring materials with over 10,000 SqFt of inventory space. Alongside our growth, we continually search out new products and technologies to offer to our customers. "I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to do so for future clients. We thought this experience would be great, the sales person RJ was very responsive especially in the beginning. Things started taking a turn for the worse when the painters took 2 1/2 months to complete a job that should have taken 2 to 3 weeks at most. They did not use any protective covers and either left paint all over our new floors, new tile, and furniture or ruined things such as our new electrical wires that they coated with drywall. They also left holes and huge seams in our brand new ceiling along with gaps in the drywall, among so many other things. Our completion date was October, then November, then December, then January and we finally just had to move into the unfinished home. Some of the contractors did a great job and the others we obviously not trained to do the job they were hired for. Unfortunately, we had paid everything up front except a small amount for an add on service. They did not care that we were not happy all they wanted was the money due. They came out and did finally hire someone competent to fix our ceiling and the holes in our wall but then they sent out the same team that made the mistakes to "fix" some other items and it was just terrible work. My husband and I are not people who typically complain about things but we spent close to $100,000 and we were really disappointed that the work was done poorly and we were dealt with so poorly. Honestly there is so much more I could list but I am so exhausted by all of this and I just want to be done with it. I hope this keeps someone else from going through the same thing."

Our number one goal is to listen to the customer to find out what their wants and needs are. Then with great detail to planning we try and achieve what the customer wants. We pride our self in how much detail we put into every job. The better job we do the more the customer will love what they are having done. We have done kitchen and bathroom remodels for our local judge, and our local mayor as well as many other customers. At a fair and reasonable price. Our customers aren't just customers, they become friends and family.

Hardwood Flooring questions, answered by experts

The flooring that is the least toxic is solid wood. Natural linoleum, tile, stone, bamboo, and cork flooring also make the list of least-toxic flooring types. These flooring materials are safer and healthier for your home because they are natural materials that aren’t manufactured with chemicals, unlike laminate flooring. While some laminate flooring brands are made with less formaldehyde, many contain high levels of toxic chemicals that can off-gas in your home for months and years after installation.

Choosing natural flooring materials that are easy to clean without chemical cleansers can also help keep your home safer.

You should strip and wax hardwood floors every six months to two years. The actual length of time between stripping and waxing depends on the wear and tear that the floors see. Stripping and waxing floors can help repair hardwood floor damage and give the room a fresh look.

Berber is a loop pile carpet known for its strength, durability, and distinct looped look. It can be made from a number of different carpet materials, including nylon and wool. However, Berber isn’t as soft as cut pile carpet, so it isn’t the best carpet for a bedroom (although it’s a good style of carpet for living rooms).

With that said, if you really like the look of Berber, you can still install it in your bedroom—it just might not be as comfortable on your feet as cut pile carpeting.

Laminate flooring takes about 24 to 48  hours to settle. Before this, planks are not completely acclimated to your home, and walking on them could cause shifting and permanent damage to the flooring. You should allow floorboards to acclimate for 48 to 72 hours before installing so that they can adjust to your home’s humidity and temperature levels, but they will continue to acclimate and settle after installation. For this reason, avoid placing any furniture in the room for 72 hours after installation.

Your floors will continue to settle for a few months after installation, becoming less bouncy as they rest.

Stretching a carpet should be a one-time job. If by re-stretching you mean doing it a second (or third) time, it’s probably better to replace it altogether. Most carpets are expected to last anywhere from five to 15 years, so if it’s past that timeframe, you may want to shop around for a new one.
