"we are in 60 to 80 homes each and every week and this was the first time anyone said they were missing any medications, and it was also our understanding that there was only one (1) pill missing from [Member Name] home."
The cleaning crew have been great about working around my mother, who is usually at home during the cleanings. The team does a thorough job and any minor issues I've had with the office staff or cleaners has been very quickly resolved.
If you have any problems, just tell the team next time they come or call Mimi or Michael. It is impossible for a team to know what is important to you unless you talk with them. I find them very professional, friendly, and eager to please.
Michael Knight is the person I dealt with from the company and I spent lots of time talking to him. I found them to be somewhat disorganized. It was not the maids themselves, but it was the office. I initially made an arrangement with them where they sent somebody out who works in the office. It?s only Michael and another lady who are in the office. She came and checked the house and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to get the cleaning done. My wife and I had some disagreement on what should be done and the cost. Then the lady who came out left with two different ideas of what her staff would do. She was supposed to send an estimate for each, but she ended up sending an estimate for one and we really wanted the other. However, she set the date. When the date and time came around, they just weren?t here. They didn?t show up. We waited and then called up to ask them what happened. They had apparently messed up the schedule. It was supposed to have been something early in the morning and they got a crew to show up late in the afternoon. They did show up and they did clean. The cleaning was okay and we paid them. Then they said that they would be back in four weeks, but they didn?t show up four weeks later. So, we called their office again and we were told again that we weren?t on their schedule. We ended up speaking to Michael and we worked something out. So, they scheduled us again, but they didn?t show up on the time and day they were supposed to show up. We called them again and spoke to Michael. He apologized profusely and then they did eventually show up. I had a long chat with Michael and he said that there wouldn?t be any more problems of that sort. It turned out that the next time they were supposed to show up, I wasn?t in town. I had to be out of town, but my wife was there. Then the maids came in and did the cleaning. My wife was sitting and reading, but they apparently forgot one of the guest bedrooms. They also forgot that the guest bedroom leads to the library where my wife was and they were making fun of the paint job inside that bedroom. It was sort of the way they were being catty about it. Then they became quiet when they realized that my wife was in the library. It wasn?t worth having them here. So, I told my wife that we would find another company if she wasn?t happy. The big problem was that they weren?t good about keeping their schedules correct and getting their people on time. It was sort of a torture dealing with them in terms of getting the people there. The only good thing about them was that the entire crew spoke English. My wife and I speak only English. A lot of times when you get such work done, they send out a crew where there might be one or there might be not many English speakers in the crew. The initial cleaning was $337 and the two subsequent cleanings were $105. The initial cleaning was more expensive. I don?t expect to be compensated for the fact that they were late or they didn?t show.
