Larry was at my house the next day with what i needed. He installed the piece for me and then didn't want to accept payment. He said he just wanted to make his customers happy. I forced him to take something, and he was grateful. If every service I look for could come even close to how great Larry and his company are, i would be so, so happy."

"What can I say about this company other than WOW!!! Talk about customer service and quality work. I searched around for a roofer and got three estimates. B&W came in the lowest, but what surprised me is that the other two companies said they would price match them. Also the other companies that estimated higher had less warranty on labor, lesser quality shingles, and took off items that B&W included. Why not give your best estimate and not an inflated one? Going cheap is not always best, but I looked at B&W's existing reviews and they became my choice. B&W fit me in their schedule (holidays) b/c my house was in the middle of a sale and the roof needed to be replaced. They worked with me with payment options and communicated with me throughout the whole process. If you are looking for an honest company look no further than B&W!!!! He fabricated and installed the new guttering on-site. The workers were fast, efficient and totally professional. "I have a commercial building with an unusual gutter / downspout situation. The building, while rather new, floods due to excessive water coming down from an upper roof, to a lower roof, then onto the ground - with a higher than normal grade in this one particular area. I worked with Craig McCully from brothers gutters . com. Craig was super to work with, took time to let me explain and understand this situation. He climbed the roof and devised a plan that appears quite plausible. I've received the estimate a short time later and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quote. I will be hiring them soon to do the job. BTW, two other gutter companies came out looked up in the air and basically walked away without looking back.
