My wife and I had 4 homes (residence & rental) re-roofed by Integrity Roofing, Windows and Siding after the April 2015 hail storm.  Integrity did a great job on the first two homes so we chose them for the last two.  We’ve been very pleased with the outstanding job they did on each home.  After Integrity and USAA roof inspections, general manager Ronnie Suarez met with us, gave us pamphlets about roof shingles and the company, and answered all our questions.  He helped us decide on shingles, placement of ridge vents, and the schedule, and drew up a contract.  The Integrity roofing crews always did a first class job at a fair price.  We’ve never had any leaks from the 4 roofs they installed and they look great.

Three of our four homes needed hail damage repair in addition to the roof shingles replacement … things like siding, trim, and window screen repair/replacement, and gutter replacement.  Integrity’s carpenter, painting, window, and gutter repair crews also did outstanding work, were always on time, and worked efficiently.  The Integrity operations management team at the Integrity office always coordinated closely with us, and answered our phone, email, and text questions promptly.  They always knew the status of each job.  All Integrity personnel, such as general manager Ronnie Suarez, project foreman Fernando Z., and operations manager Daniel A., were professional, reliable, courteous, and easy to work with.  When my across-the-street neighbor was ignored for 2 or 3 weeks by a roofing company he had contacted, I gave him Integrity’s phone number.  Integrity called him back promptly, and my neighbor was happy with the re-roofing Integrity did for him.  My wife and I give Integrity the highest ratings possible and we’ll choose them in a heartbeat if we have hail damage again.
