"I hired them to do a enclosed patio door. I felt the process was pretty painless and easy. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about their product and gave a thorough presentation. He measured all the windows and the patio door area and gave me a quote. I could only go with the door at this time, but I will likely do the windows in the future. The install coordinator kept me up to date on when the materials were ordered and when they arrived and made scheduling easy. On the day of the install, one man showed up and took out the existing door all by himself. I was really impressed until the next day when he brought the wall system. He did that all by himself too! When the sliding door came in, he had one helper to help take it off the truck and proceeded to install that unassisted. I was really impressed by his work. The only thing that was wrong was some scratches on the door handles. I called WindowExpo and they agreed to have the handles ordered and to fix a few things that I was unhappy with."

"Called GDS to have a very loud Genie chain drive opener replaced with a Guardian belt drive opener on Friday January 15th at about 3:00 pm. We were quoted a price and that is exactly what it cost . . . no hidden gotchas. GDS sent an installer out on Saturday morning by 9:00 am. Received a call 20 minutes before arrival Work began on time. Work was completed on time. All that I would expect from GDS. We've used them twice before with superior results. The installer was professional, friendly, very polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after he was finished. He explained all that I needed to know about the new opener. He even made modifications to allow the door to open up further than with the old opener without any up charges. We couldn't be happier with the work performed When we're ready to replace the other door opener, there's only one company that we will be considering . . . "Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends."
