"This guy is not just a carpenter, he is an artist. I asked him to do chair rails and under frames in our dining room, as well as do a coffered ceiling. I had no idea what all this entailed, but he did. He came and measured, gave me options, and offered guidance. The results are beyond what I hoped for. His team left the space cleaner than they found it, and even helped me re hang the pictures and put the furniture back in place. Excellent choice for fine carpentry work!!!"

We told him what we wanted and he made some great suggestions we hadn’t even thought about. He emailed us his CAD drawings and they were great, very detailed. The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "On time, fast response, finished work is a little off. We paid for some replacement screens using the existing frames and a few windows to get solar screens. The replacement screens are all perfect. The solar screens donâ t fit at least one window- thereâ s a large gap where the screen is bowed out- enough to stick my hand through. It should have been obvious at installation. On another they broke a window and didnâ t say anything. I had happened to take a picture of that side of the house the day before for paint work or I wouldnâ t have known. I didnâ t call them on the errors or breakage so no opportunity to correct as we will just take care of it ourselves but Iâ m still disappointed. I wasnâ t even going to review but the automated review request wonâ t leave me alone."

"The installers did a very good job of working out the framing of the walkway to make the landings approximately equal in size while having to accommodate a curving and sloping layout. They were careful in digging and did not damage any of several sprinkler system pipes that were right in the middle of the layout. (Unlike a prior contractor that had done work for me.) The job was not rushed so that attention was paid to the details, and the job was completed in a week. They did a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day and at the completion of the project. Luisa took care of the city permitting which made it easier for me to get HOA approval for the walkway. We have a nice looking and functional walkway that gives us much easier access from the street to our front door instead of making our way up a very steep driveway."
