"Marcelino Lopez built beautiful 14’ customer cabinets and shelves in our den. He also custom built floor to ceiling cabinets on the garage with a work bench. We told him what we wanted and he made some great suggestions we hadn’t even thought about. He emailed us his CAD drawings and they were great, very detailed. He’s s a perfectionist, his work is high quality, no corners cut, and his prices are very reasonable. He’s always on time and cleans up when he’s through for the day. "If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"

"On time, fast response, finished work is a little off. We paid for some replacement screens using the existing frames and a few windows to get solar screens. The replacement screens are all perfect. The solar screens donâ t fit at least one window- thereâ s a large gap where the screen is bowed out- enough to stick my hand through. It should have been obvious at installation. On another they broke a window and didnâ t say anything. I had happened to take a picture of that side of the house the day before for paint work or I wouldnâ t have known. I didnâ t call them on the errors or breakage so no opportunity to correct as we will just take care of it ourselves but Iâ m still disappointed. I wasnâ t even going to review but the automated review request wonâ t leave me alone."

"I have been employing American Residential Construction for over four years. Mr. Hodges and his team have completely remodeled my home in Euless. Inside and out. Ask them for photos. Bathroom and kitchen remodel. All flooring . Fences. Ect. We then had them at our buildings . Welding a loft in our office for formal functions. Very elaborate. Plumbing electrical painting and they did an awesome cave shower at our Dallas office. Then I sent them 2 x to Galveston to work on my beach house. Major framing and flooring. Chandeliers redoing the electrical panel and basically everything. They are honest. They have worked for us for 2 years non stop ..on multiple properties... .every day. Their team is $750 a day. This sounds high however bid work is astronomical in comparison. Mr. Hodges runs a small crew. Dependable. Honest and reasonable. We offered them permanent positions with our company. He declined . He has stage 4 bone cancer and I get it. He likes his freedom We will keep them busy as long as we keep buying buildings to remodel. His concrete work is also a skill he has done for us. He and his team are like family. You can not find a better contractor. I would highly recommend."
