"I paid $32,062.46 upfront. Due to non-performance of duties and/or responsibilities and damages to the property, it was mutually agreed to terminate the contract with Elizabeth Meisel on 2/28/25. Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."

My friends encouraged me to start my own business so that I could personally do the work for them. "Called Mario when our first concrete person kept making excuses as to why the cement truck couldn’t come and pour and he started 5/13 and now it’s 5/23. Mario was referred to me by my realtor and so the process began all over again for us. Called Mario Friday late morning he came to see our driveway Friday 6:30pm granted the previous flight by night Carl Mulle Concrete Services had already ripped up the driveway concrete and had about 1/3 of the rebar and form in place. He claimed it had to done in 3 separate pours, we learned how wrong he was. Mario explained what needed to be done, he had to redo part of what had been laid down but said I have called the cement truck company in advance of our meeting. My crew and I can start Saturday 7am and the cement truck will arrive 8:30 am. We agreed to price which was very fair considering we were out a lot of money. We didn’t know what to believe and expect. The crew came Saturday at 6:30am, cement truck came at 8am. Mario and his crew got down to business and poured 20 yards of concrete. That’s 2 trucks, Mario said we should have the work done by 1pm. He did better, it was done basically by 12pm. Unbelievable! The precision and detail of each worker was outstanding. It was a team effort all around and we couldn’t be happier to have this project complete. We haven’t been able to use our driveway for 2 weeks thanks to Carl Mulle. Mario and his crew are very professional and the quality and craftsmanship shows."
