"This is the second time I have used this service. These guys are amazing. My carpets looked wonderful after they left and they got out stains that other cleaners haven't. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats and a very messy teenager who all contribute to the carpets being so dirty. My carpets looked fresh and clean after they left. I had been asking my husband for new wood floors because our carpet looked so bad but these guys made them look so good that I will probably never get my wood floors! They were prompt on time and very detail oriented.

Both times it did take Jeff a few days to return my call or confirm our appt, but that had no effect on us really and wasn't a major issue. We will always use Pristine for our future cleaning needs.
