"When we bought our house, the pool was a nasty green frog paradiseð After they finished resurfacing the pool, it's hard to keep us out! Our private blue oasis!! Every person involved worked hard, was friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. Answered any questions we had. Great company! Would recommend them to anyone looking for pool work!"

"Norris Pools has been maintaining our pool for approximately six months now and we couldn't be happier. Bryan is always on time and very knowledgeable about the chemistry and mechanics of pools and spas. I wanted a company that would look after my pool the way they would there own and I found that with Norris Pools. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Without going into detail, Bill and Ideal Pool Services responded to those interim problems with the absolute finest customer service I have experienced. The final product was on time, within quoted price and all with superb follow up by Bill."

"GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP. EFFICIENT AND ORGANIZED SERVICE DELIVERY. LOVE MY NEW POOL REMODEL!"
