"Our thermostat went out, tried replacing it ourselves and then our heating wasnâ t coming on anymore. Gave NexGen a call and they got someone out the next day before the cold front came through. John came and took a look and found and fixed the problem quickly. He checked to make sure everything was wired correctly on our thermostat, and that everything was running smoothly. He also informed us of some cleaning that needed to be done to our system to help it run more efficiently, and offered the service to get it all cleaned up while he was there. All in all, NexGen was quick, informative, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend!"

In about 30 minutes, he was at my house and working on my AC. In 30 million minutes, he had accomplished the repairs and for less than I had been told by my friends (of what they had payed for similar issues). "I would like to highly recommend Air Rx for the outstanding job they did at our home. Justin, the Air Rx technician, arrived on time and quickly assessed the tasks for him to complete. First, he meticulously cleaned the dryer vent. Next, Justin removed all the air registers, cleaning them until they looked brand new. With the registers removed, he was able to use a large vacuum to reach into the air ducts. Those ducts were sprayed with a cleaner and the unit itself distributed a fine mist throughout the entire system to treat mold, dust and other allergens. When all the duct cleaning was done, Justin vacuumed our entire home to remove the debris that had fallen out during the cleaning process. While he was here, I asked him if he could help us with replacing the original air return register, which is old and battered. He measured the opening, called his boss, who delivered it, and it was installed, too. We have asked our A/C company at least four times for help with how and where to get it replaced since it is an odd size. This is a first rate company!"

"I know there are a lot of good AC/Heater companies locally but Im just speaking from my personal experience with this one. Luis @ LB air came out to our place on 3 separate occasions, free of charge, to assist me with an issue that we had with our unit. He kept coming back and stayed waaaay longer than he probably should have until he found the source of the problem and got it corrected. The service was VERY professional and transparent about his procedures and prices. When it was time to pay I just knew it would be outrageous but I literally have spent more money eating out with with a group of 5 or 6 at Mighty Crab. Again, I am not knocking other companies, I am just saying that I HIGHLY recommend this one. Appreciate ya Luis."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
