I enjoyed working with Zack. He understood what I wanted and easily overcame any issues associated with the project. When I was unsure about the understanding of the project, he came back and made my concerns go away. He also worked well with my neighbor as it was partially a joint project. We needed to get our fence put up as soon as possible because the old one was literally falling down. They committed a date and followed through. They did an excellent job on the fence and left no mess behind. And as a bonus to our neighbors fence that had a missing plank they put an old one up that matched theirs and fixed it. I had quite a few different fence companies come out to take a look and give me estimates; they were all fairly professional and collaborative, but Illuminart was the most transparent and straightforward of the bunch, along with being extremely friendly and prompt when it came time to get the project going. The quality of the work is superb, and I even added an extra gate and they were able to take care of it SAME DAY. My neighbors are looking to hire them for their own projects now, which is as high of an endorsement as I can give. AA++, absolutely recommend giving them a call for your own needs.
