He graciously Made time to come by that same day for an initial look, and then returned the next morning to find it. It turn out it was in the sprinkler system."

This company is contacted with my home warranty service so I cannot comment on their actual price for service, but well worth my $75 fee.

Offered to check our AC unit as part of their service, but we declined because our unit was newly installed less than three weeks ago. If anyone needs routine duct cleaning, I recommend calling Service Man Services.
