The bill for the unstopped toilet was 8 hours of (mostly) unnecessary labor and $850. When I asked the ACE plumber about replacing pipes, he gave me several tips on how to avoid that until the pipes actually collapsed, and then quoted a price of "$12,000-$15,000." Yeah, we'll be calling ACE from now on."

The process was very smooth, the installers showed up promptly and completed the entire install within 5 hours even though it was raining heavily. However after they left the unit stopped working and I had to call them. They sent the same installers back to the house and he noticed the primary drain pipe was clogged so the system had auto shut-off. He spent another hour unclogging the pipes and everything is working fine since then. Staff were courteous and cleaned up everything before they left."
